Providing therapy for anxiety, addiction, and other mental health concerns – in person in North Atlanta and online throughout Georgia.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • You try to stay positive and have good days, but you feel overwhelmed with negative thoughts.
  • You intend to change, but the motivation or energy to follow through are difficult to find.
  • Do you want to do things differently, but your anxiety or sadness leaves you feeling stuck?
  • You know the things you are doing aren’t good for you, and you don’t know how to stop.
  • You feel embarrassed or ashamed, and don’t think anyone will understand.

It seems like you are always uncomfortable and discontent. You can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself for any length of time. The low energy, low motivation, lack of confidence, or addiction is causing problems at home or work. You aren’t functioning as well as you would like, and you can’t see a solution.
